The San Francisco Marathon

The SF Marathon was the only marathon in San Francisco that was a full 26.2 miles and crossed the Golden Gate Bridge, making it a historic race globally that thousands of runners came to participate in. However, the brand became unrecognizable after a partnership takeover, diminishing its identity. Astro Studios was tasked with rebranding and creating brand guidelines that would help establish themselves in the future.

As an avid runner, I felt deeply connected to the SF Marathon and was motivated to reach out to the organization to pitch a rebrand for the race. I designed and developed the new logo and identity, establishing comprehensive guidelines to ensure consistency in future partnerships while allowing for creativity and flexibility with collaborators.
